My name is Kundan Krishna. I am currently a PhD student at the Language Technologies Institute at Carnegie Mellon University advised by Professor Zachary Lipton and Professor Jeffrey Bigham.
My research interests include-
Text summarization with a particular focus on long-form summary generation with human involvement.
Investigating how pretraining NLP models improves performance on downstream tasks.
Application of NLP techniques to problems in the healthcare domain.
I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from IIT-Kanpur in 2016. I spent two wonderful years working at Adobe Research before moving on to graduate studies.
